Attempted to assemble product (cat perch) from KBSPETS (KBSPETS.com) followed a video sent and physical instructions provided in box. Sent images and videos of multiple people trying to assemble product. Stated that the screws did not match/meet due to differences in thread, was told to pay someone to come out and assemble. Now waiting for return label. Now past 15 day return time so likely going to be charged for the $379.00 order. I asked for a replacement part- so threads would match, refused. Whom they wanted to come out to assemble (taskmaster), does not service our area. Customer service has been the worst I have ever experienced, and I rarely complain. Asked for management/CEO and no one responded to my emails to [email protected].
