in a zoom group interview for a travel consultant job, the interviewer who stated they were a co-founder of a business that has been for 30 years despite looking barely 30 himself had at the end stated we would need to get certified & insured to get hired & sent us a link in the zoom chat to pay for the $97 certificate & requested we send the lic # in the zoom DM chat to him & stated training would start next week despite a formal offer for the position not being given for w4 forms filled out. group interview began with 300+ interviewees and ended with less than 60. screenshot taken of the interviewer
