This organization The Katz Midas. There representative tells people including managers that they own there stores, and we make the decisions. The market everywhere we are employee owned. We our from your neighborhoods. IN the monthly meetings they do there best to beat it in our heads. Make us feel powerful and that we have rights and can run our stores in whatever way we best think will help the Corporation. Which is really what this company is. Theres no Employee ownership rights, that was nothing more than a marketing strategy to drive sales. Its disgusting that this could happen to anyone at any business. I lived ,breathed and inspired my location to be the highest rated shop for integrity and honesty with my customers. My last 5 years ive accumulated well over 450 5 star reviews from google and over 65 from carfax. Someone needs to do something about the boys club sitting in the ivory tower getting butt hurt over semantics. Im hurt of course, but im mostly sad. I believed in all the we take care of our people nonsense. We treat people the way we want to be treated. Thats just simply not true. Nit only was i harassed by Paul Gay. He laughed in my face when he fired me and said , o by the way the cops our on there way. The same cops from my. Community. The group of people i have served for years now. Please help to stop this Corporate giant from destroying anyone elses, livelihood and mental health.
