I received a call on my cell phone. I normally do not answer unless I am familiar with the number or it is in my contacts. The caller ID indicated Account Services (866)396-4115, so I answered it. It was a recorded call that said my name like computer generated and gave what seems to be a reference number. I hung up assuming that it was a robocall. I then received the same call on my work phone number in which the same message was left on voicemail. The same message, my name in computer generated type of voice with the same reference number. I have documents prepared that require your signature and need to schedule a time and location for delivery as well as obtain a statement of your defense regarding a notice that was sent to the address on file. Please contact office within 24 hours at (855)507-3302 again (855)507-3302 for scheduling. Do be advised that failure to schedule will result in location being chosen for you before proceeding in your absence. I attempted to track both numbers by reverse phone and they are not listed. I just received the same call again at work but she identified herself as Kathy Johnson and to call back at a different number (855)206-0139. I felt that it was suspect as they did not say who they are with at any point and I have no reason to believe that there would be any proceedings against me at all. I believe that this is a scam. I live in Arkansas, I work in Missouri and my cell phone is an Oklahoma area code. This must be something that came from an online type of source.

A Kathy Johnson called my cell phone and my 80 year old mothers cell phone stating they are looking for me and it's the final call for me to be delivered documents and leaves her name, the phone number and a case number to which I am to call back. I knew it was a scam and I called back and got a recording that agents will be right with you to collect my payment but I can leave a message and they will call me back in 24 hours- then it tells me voicemail is full and can not accept any more messages, an error has occurred. SCAM SCAM SCAM I also filled a complaint with the Attorney General.
