I found this girl on instagram. As K Janae clothing. She seemed legit and I believe is because she has done some work for celebs and influencers. As well as a high count on social. You have to place an order for a customized shirt by contacting her by phone. So I sent a message letting her know my boyfriend has a game may 10th I wanted the shirt by and if she thinks she could customize me one by that time frame. She said she could have it done by then and we went over pricing. This was around April 1st. Her method of payment was Zelle. So I wasn’t going to have the money until that coming Wednesday. She said send her $50 now so she could get the shirt and the rest when I get paid and that was exactly what I did. So all together she was sent $320. Some weeks had passed and I hadn’t heard anything from her. So I reached out seeing the progress. She then explains how she was “meaning” to get in contact with me and that both the shirts she tried to order cancelled on her so she has to find another site. She did show proof of her attempts and cancellations to order the tshirt BUT why wouldn’t she be reaching out to me when that happened. Why am I reaching her after so much time? I asked her if she could still have the shirt ready by the date I need and she said that she would and would make the shirt extra special due to the inconvenience. And that she would send a photo of the progress and have the shirt sent out by May 15th. Still no shirt and she’s never even asked for me shipping address. I have countless messages of me asking for a refund and she’s ignored every one. She’s not in anyway tried to accommodate this situation. Initially when she replied to my first time asking for a refund she said that she experienced a death in the family and would make a skirt to go with the jersey. I told her I simply just want my money back. And she refused to respond or provide the money. She has now completely ghosted me
