I hired Justin Hopkins of Hopkins Retouch to plow my driveway for the 2022/2023 winter season. I paid $160 up front as a discount for the season in November 2022. This week we had our first significant snow fall and when attempting to text him to ask if he was going to show up, I received no response. Prior to that I had asked when he was coming by to stake the driveway and introduce himself, and he was rude and arrogant and said he'd be there when he needed to be. Needless to say he has not shown up and I've now had to pay someone else to do my driveway for me. It is my understanding from posting him as a fraud on social media that he has done this to at least 4 other women other than me. And when my son tried to text him and posed as needing his driveway plowed, he's doing the same thing to him.....so this guy is still at it.
