I received a call from what appeared to be JPMorgan Chase Bank Fraud Division under phone number 212-552-5100. The person provided a Client ID # and stated that someone tried to open up an account in my name. Supposedly there were two purchases that had been made with that account. They then stated that they needed to transfer me over to another department for internal fraud. This department stated that they were trying to make a wire transfer. They then asked me to log into my bank account to make sure there have been no charges that have hit my account. At that point I hung up.
