These people are thieves. I did not even get my product 9 weeks after order date. I complained they issued me a refund, then a week later took the refund back/charged me again for an item that has not even shipped yet. I wish I could do more that this. Scam from China! Beware! Do not order from here!

I purchased a costume from this company and have never recieved the item. I have reached out and I only get a couple words in response, none helpful. I asked for a refund and they refuse to have any contact with me after I requested a refund. The business claims they are out of San Jose, CA but you look up the address and it's a Tmobile store and they are shipping from China. They also have a contact number that's out of Wisconsin. All red flags of a scamming business.
