Jorns Associates Reports & Reviews (6)

I have not done business with Jorns & Associates, so why read my "review"? Because after the first review (on TRUST PILOT REVIEWS) giving them only one star that seems to be well written from a real person, THE 53 FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE SO CLEARLY BOGUS, MAY EVEN BE WRITTEN BY BOTS. CERTAINLY THEY'RE WRITTEN BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE TERRIBLE GRAMMAR AND CAN'T SPELL. OBVIOUSLY, THESE ARE "SCAM" REVIEWS. Jorns & Associates' 5 minute video says that anyone can qualify for the ERC even if they made improved profits during the COVID period covered by the ERC. NOT TRUE. THIS IS VERY FISHY AND THE IRS HAS ISSUED SEVERAL WARNINGS ABOUT ERC CREDIT CLAIM SPECIALISTS THAT ARE SCAMMERS.

Not sure what the other person is ranting about, they seem incoherent and uneducated on this process. We tried another well known provider and they did not come up with significant numbers probably because they were just a tax prep firm and not Tax Attorneys. We opted to move to Jorns and oh what a difference. Jorns calculations were top of the mark and three times what the other company said we could qualify for. I’m glad we took the advice of their team. We could not have figured this out ourselves and our CPA was unclear as to all the new parts of the tax law which qualified all of our quarters. The process took a while to complete and worth the wait. Jorns documentation far surpasses any other prep firm we have spoken with and far better than any of our fellow business partners lack of documentation they received when they these some other pop-up firms. It was impressive and the documentation is we want in our file cabinet for any future reviews. There was no comparison.

Warning – Many ERC mill forms like Jorns charge 20% to 30% of the amount of the ERC refund in return for helping a business file the paperwork. They are taking advantage of the businesses most in need of the money.

Michael Glaspie aka Mike Glaspie aka Mike G is promoting a MLM scheme piggybacking on Jorns ERC promoting inflated returns. They are taking advantage of the governments Covid relief programs for their own personal gain.

UPDATE(from the comment posting 4,000 customers)
That number has now climbed to over 12,000 businesses helped and in excess of over 7,000,000,000.00(Yes that's 7 BILLION) in refunds for business owners ..
THEY MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT ..
SO PUBLIC BEWARE of piles of FAKE reviews calling Jorns a scam and a scheme .. Nearly all other CPA firms do NOT have the proprietary software that Jorns has paid over 500,000 perfecting that does an accurate filing in EVERY situation .. accuracy is GUARANTEED .. on average Jorns gets much more money refunded than the others and they give EACH FILING a $1,000,000.00 Errors & Omissions Insurance Policy .. so the comment about "they made a mistake and never contacted me" is more than likely a fake comment .. computers don't make mistakes .. and the "MLM Scheme" is another bogus way that fake comments attempt to make good businesses look shady or unreliable .. What does the term MLM mean EXACTLY? "Multi-Level-Marketing" .. Multi-level marketing is how almost EVERY COMPANY starts in America .. there's the "Idea man" .. the "Research & Development Team" .. the "Manufacturing Team" .. the "Warehouse Team" .. the "Admin & Office Team" ..the "Delivery Team" .. EACH ONE OF THESE PARTS OF THE COMPANY ARE ON DIFFERENT LEVELS (Multi Levels) .. So the term "MLM" is a RIDICULOUS way of staging bogus criticism against a company when EVERY COMPANY in America uses it in one way or another .. difference between BEING in a company that Markets on a Multi-Level is that MOST BUSINESSES Americans Work For WON'T PAY YOU if You tell them about your prodcuts or services .. they will gladly Thank You and KEEP THE PROFIT for themselves .. so while you didn't risk anything, you should have been paid for bringing a customer to the company right? If you were a part of a Multi-Level Marketing Company, you WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID .. and YOU WOULD BE PAID ON EVERY PERSONB YOU ASK TO REFER A CUSTOMER TO YOUR COMPANY .. IS THAT SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND? HECK NO IT ISN"T .. EVERY BUSINESS STARTS WITH THE GUY AT THE TOP AND EVERYONE BELOW HIM THAT MAKES LESS MONEY .. UNTIL THEY PRODUCE LIKE HIM .. also think of it as, "CEO on down to mailroom employee" .. if American business wasn't structured like an MLM than why isn't everyone walking in off the street making the same money as the owner of a conventional business? Come On people .. Wise Up and of course, do some research .. but also use your common sense and DIG A LITTLE DEEPER to FIND THE REAL MEANINGS BEHIND THE WORDS BEFORE PASSING JUDGMENT .. ..
Lastly, WHY ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS? Well that's OBVIOIUS these days.
WE ALL KNOW that in the USA IF someone, anyone, is Out Doing, Out Scoring, Out Thinking, Out Doing, than THERE ARE LOTS OF WHINERS, LOSERS, COMPLAINERS and LIARS sitting and pecking on their keyboards projecting their rage at ANYONE or ANYTHING that they disagree with .. and in nearly ALL CASES, EVEN IF THEY ARE FLAT OUT WRONG.

The scammer posted an ad for employment on indeed.com about Referral Agent position for a company called Jorns and Associates. Shortly after applying for the position I received a phone call from a person named Jeremy Reid who then proceeded to set up a zoom interview. We chatted about the position over a zoom call and then he invited me to learn more about the position the following day. He sent me a link to attend another zoom call and it looked like the zoom website but was clearly a fake. Upon pressing the link, the page asked for email information and a password which I was hesitant to put in. I decided to just put a fake email and password to be safe and when I went to the next page the website downloaded something onto my computer. I have been constantly checking my accounts to see if anything has been hacked and luckily nothing has been yet but I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

"The scammer"
If this comment is NOT FAKE , then why does the writer hide their real name?
How vague and ambiguous can a comment be?
"Upon pressing the link" the website asked for your contact information?) which I was hesitant to put it." Why? You didn't give them any permission to do anything yet.
EVERY COMPANY NEEDS YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION .. jeez
"so I decided to just put a fake email and password to be safe"(which means you didn't get the information you requested.) Was that your objective?
"and when I went to the next page" ? (You mean the website did what it is supposed to do and that is to navigate you through it without confusion?"
"the website downloaded something onto my computer" (Every website has cookies to track the functionality of their site, the ease of operation AND to GIVE YOU THE PERSON ASKING, the accurate information[absolutely NOTHING illegal there.])
So what you're telling us is that you inquired about a position ..
The prospective employer invited you to a Zoom call(you knew the site was fake[when actually it takes a LOT of education to be able to spot a "fake website"] )
You entered false information
You suspected something was downloaded on your pc
But You have NO IDEA what .. and so far, "luckily"(no such thing in computers .. ALL LOGIC, LANGUAGE and PROGRAMMING) "nothing has been found to be wrong yet ..
So if NOTHING has happened to you yet, HOW ON EARTH can you hate for it to happen to someone else?
BOGUS Review .. OBVIOUSLY FAKE .. I don't need a Computer Sciences degree to see that this review above is a fake. But nice try.
