Paid for 6 month terzepitide supply but only received one month

I purchased a 6 month supply of terzepitide injections from embody. They said it had a guarantee for results and that each month they would send a monthly supply of medication for your injections. I received the first month and completed the required forms to have the second month issued. They will not review the form or ship the additional medication. Ive contacted them multiple times through their chat and have been told they are escalating the issue with a promised response within 24-48 hours. Then they just dont respond. I requested refund for failing to provide products ordered and they refused.

IM WARNING YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS I THINK THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ACTUALLY FROM EMBODY.FIRST OF ALL ON FIRST ORDER THEY CHARGED ME TWO TIMES AN GAVE ME HELL GETTING MY REFUND TOOK ME 3 DAYS TO REACH THEM AN THEY CALLED AT 2AM.I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A 5MG TIRZEPATIDE WHICH WAS WHAT I WAS FORMALLY TAKING FROM ANOTHER PROVIDER BUT WAS TRYING TO SAVE SOME MONEY. I NEVER SPOKE WITH A NURSE OR ANYONE BUT GOT AN EMAIL IN MY PORTAL THAT I WOULD BE RECEIVING A LOW DOSE PLUS VITAMIN B12 THAT I DID NOT ORDER OR REQUEST. THEY DIDNT EVEN ASK IF I COULD TAKE B12 AN CONSTANTLY REFUSING TO ACCEPT PACKAGE BACK OR REFUND MY MONEY.THE REASON THEYRE CHEAPER IS BECAUSE THEY CUT THE DOSAGE.I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AN FORTH WITH THEM BUT NO REFUND!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
