They're located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Once I submitted my order, they sent me a message that they've received it and they're in the processing of verifying my credit card's payment. Once verified, I received an email from one of their Reps (or scammers) to provide a tracking number. Once they provided the tracking number and a shipping website to track my order; however, the shipping website, which is http://www.nipponcargoexpress.com, is just as fraudulent as the seller's https://www.johnsmowerstore.com. I put in my order on 10/1/22 with the estimated delivery date, 11/2/22, but I never received it. I tried calling, but the number +62 812-1210-0627 listed for John Mowers is not a working number. I tried to call the shipping company, Nippon Express at their listed number +62-822-7725-5009 as well, but I got the same message "not a working number."

Here is the trick: They do encourage (more so demand) customers to use PayPal to place their orders; however, if you happen to be like me trying to purchase a snow blower in the amount of $1,119 and did not receive it, once you put in a dispute claim with PayPal, they won't refund you the shipping amount of $149. That's how I think they make their money, knowing they can keep that $149.

Furthermore, they provided me the same tracking number as someone else who lives in Minnesota, but I live Massachusetts. Also something else to look for on the shipping website's final destination: "Waiting for Customs Documents New York, NY, USA." This is verbatim and the guy in Minnesota has the same message on his end from the same tracking number.

Offers to sell new lawn mowers, specifically zero-turn mowers at discounted prices, when in actuality, they do not have any of the products listed available. They also have a false shipping site called nipponcargoexpress.com, which is in no way affiliated with the legit shipping site, Nippon Express. They list "updated" shipping information that gives victims a false sense of security that the product is being shipped, when in actuality, they are hoping that you wait longer than 30 days to realize they stole your money, in which by then it is too late because the payment has cleared. Thankfully, I paid through Paypal, in which after 8 days and a little research, I was able to report fraud to Paypal and they stopped the process and returned my money to me. I would have been in the loss of 2000 dollars if I didn't report the scam in time.

I wanted to save over $1000 on a Toro zero turn lawnmower. They said if I could wait 17 to 25 days I can get the lawnmower that cost $3000 for $1375. They guaranteed the delivery if I use PayPal which I did and after 30 days tracking and all communication stopped. That’s when I got in touch with PayPal and they took care of everything and got my money back thank God. I can’t believe Google let them do business on their search engine. There’s three or four other businesses just like this that are doing the same thing. And I found them all on Google. Somebody needs to stop these people before it’s too late
