I ordered the Jetterix pressure washer. It was received and was nothing as advertised. I requested, via email, to return it for a refund. They came back with an offer to keep it and they would refund a small percentage. I declined. They came back a second and third time with refund offers and keeping the item. I accepted their offer to keep it, save paying shipping to return it and they would credit me back $53.12, 70% of the purchase price. It has been over 6 months, many emails back and forth with them claiming "they are working on it" with their last email stating the refund/credit to me kicked back. Still no refund. They are now not responding to any email messages.
