Jericho continues to run a Scam - Fraudulent and Deceptive

Sad to say but I was also scammed!
We need to find an attorney that will file a class action suit.

I was looking for Health Insurance so I went online to https://www.healthcare.gov which led me to Marketplace who finds Medical Providers/Plans. I spoke with an agent who searched for Medical Providers/Plans that could meet my needs and budget. He found a Medical/Dental plan (Medical: PHCS - MultiPlan) through Jericho Share (844-689-4584) and explained the benefits. He said there was no contract - it was month to month and could be cancelled at any time with no penalties.
I asked him to email me the documentation of the plan benefits, he said they would be mailed. - I have never received the documents to this day.

I received the medical ID cards in the mail - see attached
When I saw that the cards stated: "THIS IS NOT INSURANCE Program is not affiliated with any government or Medicare benefit".
That raised some serious concern/suspicion/doubt as to the validity of this being valid Medical/Dental Coverage.

I then spoke to a manager andI told him to cancel my account (enrollment agent said there was no contract - it was month to month and could be cancelled at any time with no penalties). The manager said the account could not be cancelled until towards the end of the current coverage period (ex. coverage 02/15/2022 to 03/14/2022) however, the next payment due date would be on 03/10/2022. which is before the current month end date. That would enable them to charge me for the next month prior to cancelling coverage.
(Note: cancel your credit card and get a new one issued)

I asked the manager for a credit to my card, he said he could not credit my card - he said to refer to the Congratulations email (he sent me the email see attached). The email is not received until after enrollment is complete and the first month premium is paid!

I JUST FOUND THIS - attached is the email he sent me, in addition is the original email I was sent.

His email contains the following but my email does NOT:

"... Also please be aware that your policy may not offer any refunds for first month premiums; any terminations may be approved after first 30 days of an effective policy. ..."

This company misrepresented their company. Also when we cancelled they still went and took our money out our account. We called to cancel and even spoke with the same person that we got our policy from and she said she cancelled it but two days later took the money back out of our account.

Wire fraud is a crime its a criminal act that are chargeable under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations statute. My husband purchased insurance from Jericho to find out it not insurance. It’s says it in the cards. None of my husband doctor take this insurance or even heard of it. We called the company and left several voice mails as well as spoke with the same person that signed us him up, and she her name (SADY) said it he will be fully refunded. Two days later more money was taking out of the account. Please help. And what makes it worse is because Nj has a number that they advertised for you to can call for insurance and these are the insurance agents that you speak to scammers. Shame on you NJ.

The Agent told me I was getting Blue Horizon. Why would I ever sign up for this? I want my money back immediately and will pursue this until its solved. My daughter had to get an X-Ray and I needed to find a pediatrician and Dr for me as well. I just moved back to NJ and needed insurance and through the agent who names is Bryce Sanders 954-406-2151 completely took advantage of me. I was confident in my choice with Blue Horizon and end up with this bull[censored]. I called them and immediately canceled but just got charged $260 again this morning. How can we get refunds and fight this?

Called my bank, (Chase 1-800-935-9935) they're opening a claim on both charges & blocking them from charging in the future.
In so pissed at myself for not checking them out first. I even got suspicious when they couldn't give me a name of an insurance co, just said something like it's a PPO.

No coverage at all total scam

My husband broke his leg both bones completely and had to go to the emergency room as his foot was hanging on apparently that doesn’t constitute an emergency he would’ve had to of lost his foot in order for them to cover it it’s a complete scam do not use this company. When I asked if we were covered for major medical in case we were in an accident the answer was yes. Then I called again and asked if his procedure was covered and they said yes. When it came down to actually paying for the bill or getting us some sort of a discount the answer was no nothing is covered he would’ve had to of lost his foot. They complete scam it’s disgusting

Do not, I repeat, do not go through with anything with them. I was misled with false information about the plan I was tied into! When I called to get only 1 month's refund out of the 2-month payments of $600 they said no! They will see me in court.

Strong arm you to keep what they say is insurance

I have been on the phone with people for 8 days and they said that they would call me back. They lied and said they spoke to my Dr's office and did not want to provide me the name of who they spoke to when I pushed for that information they put me on hold and then they called the Dr's office and gave me the name of one of the people who worked there who does not do billing. Then when I told them to hold on let me get the office on the phone they hung up the phone. When I called back to cancel the insurance they told me that they could not and will not. My question to them as you are making keep something that I do not want correct. before I asked that question I did advise them that I was recording the call and then I asked that question. Well you know what happen next they hung up the phone. But you know what The Joke is on them let them fight it out about the payment.

HUGE scam

Complete waste of money. Customer service is terrible. I was “insured”for 3 months and was not able to get an appointment. Their website resource for which physicians accept Jericho was inaccurate. Once I called I received a complete different list of who accepted the “insurance” however when I called multiple offices and facilities no one could verify it was accepted or the physician listed on the Jericho share guide was no longer at that facility or office. I will be reporting them to the insurance commissioner

Scammed me big time!!

Googled “Covered California Dental Insurance” on Friday and called a number and was told I was getting dental insurance coverage for a year for 447.00. As soon as I hung up got a religious email stating they were Jericho and that would be the monthly charge! Looked them up and saw they weren’t even insurance! Called back right away and she took my credit card number again for a dental insurance plan for 90 a month and said the other charge would be reversed. Neither were reversed! These people are evil rip offs! They scammed me almost 600 altogether for both charges! Called again today on Monday and they put me on hold, another one of there numbers that blocked me. Jericho Share is horrible and are NOT an insurance company! I want my money back!

This is fraudulent insurance. They sold us as if this was insurance we paid our first “premium” and got cards in the mail that say it is not insurance. When we call to cancel they put us on hold then hang up, the phone calls go nowhere.

Call this number 888-263-7543 these scammer always answer this number. Call your bank and dispute this ASAP, or else you will be charge monthly. Don't let them intimidate you, get loud and nasty and threaten them that you will call proper authorities and report them as frauds. I did just that I mention the FBI and they close Jericioshare account and I also closed my bank account to make sure that they will not rob me again.
