Agents or managers advertised in the marketing letters to actors do not show up to the workshops. The list of those who actually show up gets sent out the morning after. My target preferences are very specific, so when those people don't show up, it's a waste of time.

This workshop is run without a business ID; one legitimate agent or manager out of 10 advertised gets paid $1000 per night to appear in order to make the workshop seem like a valuable opportunity/investment to an actor.

The spirit of the workshop is fear-induced, and the atmosphere is exactly the opposite of nurturing or creative. Jeremy therefore feels lie he has an upper hand, and takes advantage of this opportunity, hoping actors will disregard/ignore his offensive behavior since everyone there is in need for a representative.
