Magazine scam

This "Jeff Rogers" character is relentless. Selling publications that don't exist, probably making millions. He is a criminal and should be arrested and prosecuted and put in prison. I get marketing emails (automated) from him still, even after I called him out via email. He is not a legitimate business. Two years in a row I paid him $99 for inclusion in his so-called "Best of Edgewood" magazine. I figured out the third time around (after a lot of research) that there is no such thing. Let's get him caught somehow.
