Store closing discounts with a jcpenney logo. I ordered 40 dollars worth to get free shipping. It would be delivered next day or soon. When I checked on delivery date, it was coming from China. That's when I realized it must be a scam. I contacted 2 weeks later and was asked to be patient. A month later, the email I sent out was received. They would look into it. A few weeks later, no response from the email. But I checked on the delivery and was updated to process finished. Then another one that its being delivered but no date was issued. That was in May and June. After my vacation on June 15, it stated the items were delivered on June 15. Never received anything. No more info was received.
