This person Juanita who represents JC Rentals has unlawfully withheld a fully refundable deposit based on her contract. She stole $100 from a $1000 deposit that was refundable based on a cancelation clause that allowed the money back if an event was canceled prior to 120 days. She also overfills her venues breaking fire codes and has repeatedly broken contract rules with other clients. My brother in law asked me to help with my niece's 15th birthday and this is how I found about all her wrong doings.
