This company made their marketing strategies confusing and deceitful to the consumers. They offer an initial discount offer not clearly spelled out that you are tied up to an expensive monthly subscription and products that you don’t need. Example- in my packet I received joints and mobility supplements which I needed (3)- but also glucose control supplements which I don’t need (3) and a cooling relief roll-on. All these for $236.52 initial charges. It was deceitful because I did not sigh up for subscription and for all those unnecessary supplements. After just 30 days my cc was charged again ( without the supplements) for another $236.52. Another important thing to point out is the rude tone of the customer service rep because - when I ask for a refund of the current charge of $236.52 but also to cancel business with this company. I hope other customers are not experiencing what I had.

I seen an ad on Facebook and i seen an ad saying their pills could help my kidneys since i have diabetes and kidneys bad. They assured me it would help me but i took them for nearly a month and nothing improved. I called and even sent several emails asking for a refund. They sent an email saying call them, i did and never got anyone to answer. Then after i asked for a refund and to cancel anything else they took another $160.32 out of my checking account. I want these people arrested.

I ordered product online and paid with credit card. Never received confirmation of purchase or product. I tried several times to call but number rings 1 time and goes busy.
