I ordered and received merchandise that was unacceptable and wanted to return it. The return information they sent me says I have to send it to Dongguan, Guangdong even though they have locations in the U.S. Of course, they know the merchandise is not worth the overseas postage. There are other options such as keeping the merchandise and getting 10% of your original purchase price back or receiving store credit, which I don't want because I don't want to deal with this scam company anymore.
