I ordered a rug waited almost a month for it to arrive. When it finally arrived it finally arrived it was in an air tight sealed plastic bag. When I opened it I saw with much disappointed it looks more like a blanket. So misleading, returning it will be impossible.

I am not sure whether they are scams but I was very dissappointed that reputable company like Pay Pal is doing business with them. I purchased inferior items wanted to return them and could not. They continued to avoid my calls and messages and would no longer respond to me. The merchandise was sent through a 3rd party and the payment was taken from another company. I am working with Pay Pal to get my money back from this company.

Yet they still have priority in google searches and paypal is still accepting payments to these scammers and supporting THEM and THEIR demands. rather than protecting the victims. right now today. Although it is disgustingly obvious exactly what has been going on. It wouldn't take but a minute or 2 to confirm the obvious.

I had ordered an area rug for 49.95 on Nov.3rd. They took the money out and charged me an international fee, It says I paid with Pay Pal which I dont have, After looking up the company and reaching out to them 3 times I told them I am going to go to the bank and have the fraud department look into this if they do not refund me. The reply was that I will get a confirmation upon shipment. This never happened. I am going to my bank today. Scam artists. BTW Shelby Brothers does not exist.

I thought I was being so careful. I read all the shipping information and it was indicated that no money is charged until the item is shipped. I received email that the item is being shipped and was charged. a couple days later I receive notification that item is being held up in customs. That was the last email. I typed in the tracking and it is not found. Then I came here and read all these complaints and realized I messed up. I am out $107.

Ordered 2 blankets was charged for 3 and can't contact the company. Says website inaccessible or no longer available. Assumed it was safe since I use PayPal and now I'm out $195 and haven't received anything! Christmas gifts for my girls I was really excited to get for them after fighting breast cancer. Extremely sad about all of this...being scammed and going from being excited to give these heartfelt gifts to having nothing to give.

I purchased a comforter on 10/30 and realized that I never received a order update for tracking so I researched the company and its a scam. They do not have a contact phone number. I assumed that it was legitimate because I used paypal to purchase the item.

The Curtain was not as promised as far as the Color nor is the panels exactly the same! One of the panels has an extra set of holes in the curtain. They refused to exchange or give a REFUND!

I ordered a blanket for my fiancee. He was very excited for it to come in. It was supposed to be a comforter I even read the description five times through to double check. It comes in the mail and it's a damn duvet. And on top of that it is not the right size for the blankets we do have. I will never order from them again. The product was very low quality.

Bought two rugs from this company and they were more like beach towels. Still fighting for a refund. To return the merchandise they give you a Hong Kong address when it was shipped from Canada. The postage would be $ 170 on top of the $ 240 I paid for low quality products.

Same experience as every one on here almost. Rug has the texture of a towel. Good luck not busting your [censored] if it slips. Also the top was bigger than the bottom and it wrinkled on top. Totally disgusting.

Purchased a blanket from Cuztomboxgifts which I thought was to be thick and plush with a border. Recieved, after waiting a long time for delivery, which somehow they added wrong city to my address, a very Thin blanket with wrong colors no border. Looked nothing like what I ordered. No phone number to contact the company. After several tries emailing support they got back and had me send pics. After receiving them they offered me a percentage off my next purchase. I wrote back saying I want a full refund because I don't plan on buying from them again.Never heard back. I replied once again and when I got send I got a message saying message is no longer available. Its been deleted. Stay FAR AWAY from this company.

I finally received my illusion rug from Cuztomboxgifts. I am extremely shocked at the item I received. The so-called rug was no way the item I ordered or the item advertised. I waited and waited and was extremely excited to know it finally arrived only to open it up and find it to be something totally different and in no way the item I thought. I paid $119.95 for garbage. It ruined my surprise and I'm very disappointed. Before the item arrived I emailed the company inquiring about the arrival time and I immediately received a response, however, since the incident I have not heard from anyone after several emails and after going to their website and sending a message there stating that I was returning the item (which I did with signature confirmation) and with a request for a refund. I now am quite sure I will never get a refund wishing now I kept the item just because it was paid for. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately, I didn't photograph the item because I was so sure I would hear from them. All I have is proof of my order and my receipt from the post office when I mailed it out. Now, I'm out of 119.95 including the $15.00 paid to the post office to return it.

I was searching for a gift and found Cuztomboxgifts.com from a google search. I ordered a rug. I purchased it with my American Express card. Without any notification, the website showed using PayPal as a way to charge my credit card. I was suspicious

but did receive an email with an Order number and a correct picture of what I ordered. The email also stated that it could be 14-21 days

before receiving it. I received another email 2 weeks later stating that the package had been shipped and given the tracking number to track it. The tracking number was from the USPS and stated that the package was not trackable yet. This is when I decided to email them back and ask where this shipment was. The email was undeliverable and the PayPal number I was given to call was also false. I immediately called my charge card company to dispute the charge. They will try to reach the shipper, but I am sure they will find the same things I have...nothing. I had a bad feeling about this purchase and I was right. Do not order from this website.

I ordered 89 custom personalized Tumblers I received 6 but the other 2 is not to be found. I have reached out to the company multiple times and they keep giving me some tracking numbers for USPS that are not accurate numbers. I asked for a refund and they will not give it to me. I am so frustrated with this company.

To keep it short & sweet if you don't feel like reading everything, DO NOT order anything from them!

When I first placed my order, I got an automated email saying that I'd receive an email with tracking info within 7-10 business days. I give them 12 business days, and still no email, so I contact them asking when my item will be sent out, & they say soon. I give a few more business days and still nothing, so I start feeling like I'm getting scammed. I contact them directly again 2 different times asking for a refund and they ignore me and don't send anything back.

By this time, it's been nearly a month, so I go to PayPal and open a refund case, & that's when they decide to finally ship the item out.

When it got here after over a month of waiting, the item wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a rug, and they send a thin little blanket. So I open another case on PayPal and send it back, & finally get the refund.

& Also, their website says they're located in Columbus OH, but they really just run a scam business in Hong Hong.
