I ordered a blanket for my daughter on November 16, 2020. I have not received it. No one will return my emails when I tried to email them again today it told me the email address was invalid. Would like my money back. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a "rug" for my daughter September 23. I received an invoice via email that said they were charging me for 3! I tried to cancel the order. As soon as I asked for the order to be canceled and a refund given I quit getting emails back. The three rugs were sent and HORRIBLE quality! I have been trying to send the rugs back and get a refund. Have even started a dispute with PayPal. I have been directed to send to a false address to Hong Kong- $400. Now trying to get PayPal to understand my problem. They are not helping at all. I will be reporting PayPal to the BBB for helping scammers get away with money. Totally unacceptable. Below are the email exchanges and the pictures of the "rugs". I am livid with PayPal and Janit.

You can't. They are fictitious products advertised on this site. You got exactly what they intended you would get before you even placed an order. It's what everyone gets. These are not merchants they are criminal scammers and they have the support of Google and paypal and venmo...

After 1 month of ordering my blanket I rec'd the WRONG item. Not only was it the wrong item...the printing is cut off! I'm so angry...no return label and no one answer's the email. I can't even give it as a gift...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

You didn't "receive the wrong item. you got exactly what they intended for you to get when you purchased the fictitious item. This is a blatantly obvious scam and paypal is complicit and just as accountable for the criminal fraud that has been going on for several months. Since the resolution process only supports the criminals demands that the victim pay an outrageous return shipping fee before they will consider a refund. They obviously have not invested a moments time into actually "reviewing" any facts of the cases against Janit Company Unlimited. If they simply READ the complaints and information offered up as evidence, clicked on any of the links I included in my report or did a quick search on Cuztomboxgifts.com complaints and reviews- they would reveal all they needed to know. That these are not merchants. They are criminal [censored] in the business of blatant obvious fraud. Without a shadow of a doubt. No one could be stupid enough NOT to know what's going on in a matter of moments. Perhaps paypal is receiving a cut of the take for their support in this scam. If they are not getting a cut then they are [censored] and all their buyer protection claims are worthless.

I ordered 2 rugs on November 3rd, 2020 and finally received 1 on November 27th. This rug is so cheap looking. I have sent an email to them but as of yet, have not heard back from them. Each rug was 49.95. I would not buy from this company, I know I never will Again.

Scam. I paid $70.00 for a rug that is of very poor quality and the wrong color. This company should be shut down. Their return policy is very limited. I would never buy anything from this company again. This was supposed to be grey and black and tan. Instead it is tan black and green.

Same as everyone else, bought a $69.95 "rug" that was just cheap piece of fabric sewn onto a rubber backing. It's more like a bathroom shower rug that you step on after you get out of the shower. On their website they advertise it as a plush rug that appears to be thick. Definitely did not arrive that way, it was folded up and vacuum sealed in the mailbox. And good luck contacting them, you'll get no response.

Paypal did you no favors whatsoever. The criminals offered you $50 credit for another purchase from them because it cost them nothing and will get you nothing of value. Do you think they sent you garbage by accident? That in store "credit" is nothing more than an opportunity to waste more money (if the purchase is over $50) None of the products they advertise are real. Another purchase will get you more worthless trash and another disappointment. Guaranteed.

Edit: PayPal did good by me and gave me a $50 credit towards my next purchase through them. They were very reasonable, I was ready to stop using their services but since they were kind to me I will continue to utilize their product.

I purchased 2 twin XL comforters from this company at the end of September. They indicated it would be 7-10 days for shipping. I contacted them the middle of October and got no reply...Contacted them the end of October no response. Beginning of November no response. I basically wrote it off as a loss of $140. But then on Friday I got the order. IT WAS TERRIBLE. The imagine was pixelated, like they took the image off a computer file and tried to blow it up to big. The quality of the blanket is nothing like the description and it is not the measurements they described. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and they offered a refund of $30. This company is a total rip off and they should be shut down from selling expensive items. Lesson learned that people have no problem scamming other people out of their hard earned money. Such a shame.

This company is a total rip off. I ordered two area rugs for $107. They took over a month to arrive and they are extremely poor quality. I would not use these in my house. The colors are very ugly and gaudy and the material is more like a blanket than a rug. The backing is very flimsy and cheap. These rugs are not worth $10, much less $107. I have been emailing PayPal and Janit/Shelby Brothers and they say they won't refund the money or accept returns because the items shipped are what was ordered.

This company is located in China! At first when we ordered they had a fake address in Ohio and shipping from an address in California which was also fake. These products are complete junk!!! We tried to file a dispute with our credit card company and surprise! they responded to them!!! Not us!! To return the product you need to send it back to them first, in China!!! Then they will decide if you get your refund or not, minus the cost of shipping. This company should be pulled off the internet so no one else falls for this!!
