For months a person named Damien contacted over and over attempting to buy a Royal Sands Mexico timeshare. I initially said no, but finally said if take a look. I did and they convinced me by the way of law firm Evans and associate that this was legit. Papers arrived and I just didn’t think they looked official, called Royal Tesorts acquisition dept. the name on papers were correct and he worked for RR, but he hasn’t sent any papers. He said to stop communication immediately and this I did and sent him the papers that I had received from bogus Paradise Travels and Evans law firm.
