I was called by this company about my timeshare and how I had weeks that I could rent out and I just needed to pay them to advertise the rental. They said customers usually got rental agreements within 60 days time. I called every month after that and was told I had contracts pending, but nothing ever happened. They assured me that my units would be rented, 100% guaranteed. Now, when I call, I can't even get a person on the phone to talk to me. They have an answering service and they take my number and say they'll have someone call me, but no one ever does. This has been going on since June 2023! They basically took my $1,200 and ran, never renting out my property, but yet telling me they were super close to doing so, every time I called.

ITravelVIP will not rent your timeshare to corporate customers as they claim

ITravelVIP IS A SCAM! They will claim to rent your timeshare “extra weeks” to corporate customers within 60-90 days, however, all they will do is create a generic listing for a property similar to your timeshare and give you the AD#. There is no possible way to rent the property from their website! If you click “ Book Now”, their site will take you to a contact screen with an email and a phone number. The email will not be answered,(I tried, using a different email), and the phone number is for a third party answering service. On the phone they claim to have corporate customers waiting to rent your property, but if you agree to their service, they claim they will only advertise your property, and not actually rent it.

Received a call from a company called itravelvip claiming to rent out weeks for time share through Hilton Grand Vacations. The contract stated that after 180 days of listing, if the rental weeks were not taken they would refund the money. I have tried reaching out numerous times to the company and are always pushed to a "live" answering machine that supposedly forwards my information to the company to call back. I have tried working with Capital One in regards to the charge but they claim it is outside their policies.
