Product doesn’t look anything like the pictures or descriptions. Warranty is useless. When the product falls apart and it will you pay to ship to China or pay $30 for them to ship you another piece of trash. Out $120.00; had the ring for 3 weeks

This company sells junk products...then they don't pay for return shipping....Even though they are based in California, their packaging comes from overseas...so to return an item is astronomical...so they count on this strategy to discourage you from returning the item...they then offer you a partial credit...after several weeks, I still have not received my credit.

Italo Jewelry and several others like it on Facebook are scams. The quasi legitimate part: I ordered three items from them and I did in fact receive those three items. Everything else is a scam.

1)I realized the day after placing a $200 order that Italo and other Facebook costume jewelry companies all are just reselling products you can buy on ebay for literally $3 or less a piece. I tried to cancel my order but, "it was already shipped." This was an obvious lie because I did not receive a shipping notification or a tracking number until 2 weeks later.

2)When I received my order, one of the stones on an infinity style ring I ordered had already fallen out. I emailed them to request a return or refund and they simply never responded. Thus, Italo's return/refund/warranty policy is a lie and a scam.

I ordered a piece of jewelry for $130 from these people. They advertise “free shipping” on their website. The return/exchange card included with the order stated only that the customer is responsible for the return shipping if returning an item. However once I returned the item, they kept $30 from my refund. They said it was for the original shipping of the item to me ( so I guess it’s not free shipping as they advertise). They also kept $20 claiming that my order was a “custom order” which it was not. In fact their return/exchange card said that custom orders cannot be returned. So the fact that they authorized and accepted the return, proves it was not a custom order as they now claim.

This is a China based company that is extremely dishonest and swindles customers out of money thru hidden fees. They also tried to sell me something else for more money when I first asked for authorization to return. They also wanted me to undervalue the item when returning it “to avoid import fees”. They have 124 complaints against them with the BBB. This outfit will scam you of money thru unadvertised hidden fees. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I am currently trying to recover my money thru my credit card company. I also filed a complaint with the ScamPulse.com and the FTC

Long story short.... after I returned all items in my order, I had to contact them numerous times to refund. When they did, they gave me a partial refund saying that I only returned 2/3 items, therefore taking off for not meeting the purchase minimum for the store discount, as well as keeping the money for that specific item. And actually WON the PayPal case. I was wondering how this scam company was staying in business.... there you have it. They are using PayPal to rip off customers. Super shady!!!

I ordered a piece of jewelry through this website using my PayPal. Myself and several others never received our item, but the money was deducted from our bank accounts. I filed a claim and dispute with PayPal and then commented my experience on their Facebook page. The Facebook page immediately blocked me.
