Credit Card was used to make the purchase online. Scammers posing as Carters selling baby clothes. My card was charged for USD$11 from February 10, 2025.

It seems that Brenda Gaytán, the owner of BrensJewelry is selling counterfeit products that she claims are 14k gold.

However after a family member of mine purchased a necklace worth 600$, and this was with a "discount" for knowing her personally, the necklace rubbed off into a black color. After confronting her about it she said she'd take it back to run tests on it and returned it to my family member saying it must've been because it was underwater or some chemical was added via my family member, neither of which were true.

Brenda Gaytán blamed my family member for the tarnishing. However after taking it to a pawn shop and a jeweler we found out the necklace was actually stainless steel and was gold plated with a lower quality gold than advertised. Brenda refused to refund us and offered my family member a lesser value piece of jewelry that was likely fake also. She continues to sell on her page and does not pay taxes on it.

On Feb 4 I went to buy a walking pad from an ad I saw on Instagram. Not realizing this page was a scam I decided to purchase 2 because it was a “great price”. The very next day (Feb 5) as I am cooking in my kitchen I notice my apple account is being charged. When I went to look at my Apple Cash account there were multiple transactions made to sports arena play. The only thing I could think of was the treadmill walk paid purchased. Once I went and looked at the email for the “order and shipment” I realize at the end it states “ If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected]

The page advertising was zzenshop

Ordered Boston Scally Caps from instagram ad. Never received them. Instead of refunding me, the company resent the order which I again never received.

They had an advertisement on Instagram and I clicked their link to make a purchase. After I made the purchase and went back to look at the comments it said this is a scam. I called my bank to inform them of what had just happened. This site shouldn’t be allowed to even create a business on such popular social media platforms.

The original cost was to be $39.95 with shipping and sales taxes. Which was not calculated by seller until purchase was made. I saw that the cost was higher due to the sales taxes being $11.68 along with a hidden fee of .80 for insurance. The sales taxes should’ve only been $3.30 at Texas .825 % . I tried to cancel the order the next day but they said it was already shipped. I reached out to PayPal to dispute the order and received the tax and insurance back but not the full payment amount. The item arrived 3 weeks later only to be the wrong size and color. Disputed it again with the company and PayPal only to be asked to give it to someone else and accept $8. PayPal told me the item was “close enough “ in description for them to deny my claim. The seller has ceased correspondence with me as of February 15, 2025.

Paid for exercise equipment that I never received. It’s been well over a month. I have contacted them with numerous emails to cancel and get a refund but they keep sending the same response. It’s basically running late. I was charged for a club I did not want to be in and they will not refund the money.

I purchased a tallow balm on 1/14/2025. I made 3 separate attempts to get information regarding shipment of the tallow I ordered. The contact attempts were sent to the support email address as well as a direct message through Instagram. I never received a response and never received the item I ordered. I have subsequently looked at other posts from her and noticed other customers who expressed concern about not receiving their merchandise and no response from customer service. I believe she is fraudulently making posts about selling tallow, obtaining the payments from customers, and then not shipping the product.

I ordered 3 Carhart shirts on Instagram from the AD and never received the package, tracking information shows it was delivered on 08 February 2025, but my RING showed no one came to my house.

Instagram ad pretending to be a legit company. They get the purchase, take your money and never send product. They will do a partial refund and try to take more money You have to cancel your payment card first. This way you xan get the refund and they can't get more money from your account. I have $11.49 left to be refunded out of $45.98. I am not stopping. Also, don't cluck on amy tracking number links. I didn't click it but it can't he good. Get your money back by filing for fraud with your bank amd don't shop from Instagram ads

A sale popped up on *********. The advertisement looked just like ****** ****** company. Which I have bought stuff from before. So I was surprised by the huge delay in receiving the product which never came. I was fooled but the advertising looked exactly like the legit website.

I purchased a sauna & cold plunge set for over $1,000 USD. The cold plunge arrived with a hole and leaking, so it was never able to be used. I contacted the company, who ignored my calls, DM’s & emails for weeks. They finally responded and told me to put tape over the hole. After trying that, it still leaked, so I demanded a replacement and they sent one, which also had a hole when I took it out of the package. It also leaks and cannot be used. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company and have commented on multiple Instagram posts the company has made (requesting they check messages and emails) and they keep deleting my comments and negative reviews for their products.

I booked with her for a Christmas photo shoot. She canceled the services due to her not feeling well. Tried to rescheduled a couple times through text and messenger. Never heard back from her.she won’t issue me a refund!

- Suwanee, GA, USA • Jan 25, 2025

I made a transaction through Instagram on January 11th and sent the money twice through PayPal on the 13th. She said it was real gold and real diamonds, and on the 20th, I received the package, but it was not real gold and diamonds. I went to a jewelry store to check, and it was fake and counterfeit. It was not even new and had many scratches.

I told her via WhatsApp that this is fake, but she lied and said it was real and she didn't send me a certificate and didn't contact me. The website is also gone and I think I got scammed by a scam company.

Paid for a hoodie I never got. Black owned businesses in LA need to do better. This business straight up stole from me so I let my bank handle it. I learned my lesson about placing orders with a business with no website. I got my money back through my back but karma is very real and businesses that take advantage of supporters will NEVER prosper!

- Summerville, SC, USA • Jan 24, 2025

Ordered make up from a “Canadian” company. Never received. Tracking number from china was given. I emailed then to cancel. Order shows it has never been shipped from china. Instagram person keeps telling me they’ll cancel my order and then doesn’t.

Jana Agha is the person emailing me. Absolutely refuses to cancel and refund the order. It’s been over a month of this. I’ve asked multiple times for my money back. The guy is in Canada. The product is not made or shipped from Canada,

I recently had a terrible experience with Dr. Kateryna Makarova.

Initially, I trusted her based on her online presence especially that she assured that she made a lips for Kylie Jenner , but it turned out to be a huge mistake.

Here’s what happened:

1.Non-FDA Approved Filler (Revolax): She injected a product called Revolax, which I later discovered is not FDA-approved and not certified for use in the U.S. This is extremely concerning and unethical. Additionally, this product costs only $50, while she charges $550 for the procedure.

2. Legal and Ethical Concerns: I’ve since learned that she may not even have the proper licensing (LLC) to operate. This is deeply troubling as it raises questions about her qualifications and accountability.

3. Lumps, Bumps, and Pain: After the procedure, I started experiencing lumps, bumps, and firmness in my lips, especially on the left side. The volume above my lips became unnaturally pronounced, and there is consistent pain.

4. Ignored My Concerns: I contacted her two weeks ago with these issues, but she ignored me for 14 days. She later claimed she was sick, yet she continued posting on social media and promoting her services during that time.

5. Dismissive Responses: When she finally responded, she said the lips were still "healing" even though the initial procedure was 1.5 months ago and the correction was done a month ago. When I asked how long healing could take, she said, "No doctor can tell you that because it's individual." This answer felt dismissive and unprofessional.

6. Refusal to Refund Without Dissolving the Filler: I asked for a refund due to the complications, but she refused unless I dissolved the filler with her. I explained that I wanted to consult a qualified doctor first to understand the situation and address the issue safely. She then accused me of potentially conspiring with another doctor to falsify information.

6. Blaming Me for the Problems: When I contacted her to address these issues, she repeatedly told me the problem was with my lips, insinuating that there was something inherently wrong with me. Instead of taking responsibility, she tried to shift the blame onto me.

I’m now consulting with other doctors and clinics to fix this mess, which will cost me significantly more money. This entire experience has been stressful, expensive, and upsetting. I also can provide all photo and video evidences.

Ad on Instagram stating Dr. Ben Carson endorsed a product for repair of memory issues, I have since learned Dr. Carson disavows any knowledge of this product …they are preying on elderly or ill people
