Scammer promoted having a black business vendor market tour in Charleston, SC via the Instagram page _madeinmelanin_. Small business owners apply to be a vendor at the event by filling out a form and paying for a secured spot, including a table, 2 chairs, and an ad promoted in their flyer. All can be seen here. https://form.jotform.com/230083280597155. Scammer communicated via the Instagram messaging platform with ways to pay for vendor spots and claimed that the email was not working. The scammer made "fake posts" promoting the event and posting our work along with other businesses on the fake Instagram page. The day before the event, Saturday night, 2 posts were made stating that the event would begin at 12:15 and then the next morning at 2:50 am the event was canceled to a "death in the family" and that "the event would be rescheduled". Also, received a message on Instagram that refunds would be provided on Monday if you wanted one. I asked for my refund several times with no reply.

I bought a car part of this guy and he told me he would ship after the holidays because the shipping cost was too high so I allowed it. Its been about 4 months and he has stopped responding to me since January. I sent the money to his wife via paypal friends & family.

There is a Facebook group tag# SEETSPY, promoting the service on the Facebook. Many people promote him, I believe that it huge fraud team to framed the people. He is the scammer, after I sent him the money, he did nothing and lie that the saver is slow just wait if you think I will take you money and do nothing I am not that you think. He is the scammer

I seen an ad on instagram about a palmstry app. It was $1.00 for a 3day trial and$19.99 after the three days. I emailed the fraudulent company via email after I noticed it didn’t show up under my subscription. I asked through several emails to cancel my subscription the very next day. The company responded only to charge me the fee and give me a receipt stating that it will be charging me weekly for an item that they keep trying to charge me to use after the initial payment. I am currently out of the country and can’t dispute it with my bank until i return. I paid with apple pay and it was my understanding that they shouldn’t be able to charge me again but the company has my personal address and I didn’t give that to them

I paid $100 for a pair of converse via Zelle. I got a message later saying that UPS was asking for $100 to be paid in taxes. I said absolutely not, I want to get the package back and cancel the order. They said they couldn’t get the package since they had a tracking number. I refused to give them more money and then they sent a fake tracking number and claimed to have paid the $100 for me. They will not return my original $100 and now the user is not found on IG but is still messaging me saying the number was a mistake.

I purchased a Vanity from Banelly Vazquez-Serrano via instagram

small business page (myglamco) on 07/10/22. The payment was

sent via Zelle (07/11/22) for the amount of $433 and was accepted

by the seller. The Zelle phone number provided by the seller was

661-861-3646. Seller committed to providing their Belleza Vanity

within 1-2 weeks of purchase/payment. The estimated wait time

of 1-2 weeks was changed several times by the seller, which

delayed the product by over 7 weeks. All updates I received

about the product were only because I contacted the seller to

inquire about the delays. On 08/29/22, I sent a message to the

seller asking for a full refund of the product due to the seller not

providing accurate arrival times. The seller agreed to provide a

full refund within 7-14 business days. The refund was never

received and neither was the vanity. The last communication with

the seller was on 10/07/22 and she fails to respond to all my

messages.

Scammer impersonated a high school athletic governing body called CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) and created an instagram account CIF.Championship with posts that were accurate game information, and a link in the bio to live stream the games. The posts had tagged schools and individuals that were competing. I went to the link and paid the $1, and it took me to another link that requested credit card information. I realized it was a scam when I received an email from MyLeanFit.com. I read the fine print on the website that stated the $1 was for 1day of streaming and after my credit card would be charged $59.99. This company has nothing to do with high school athletics and used the likeness of the CIF. I was able to cancel my subscription, but the email received didn't provide a link to cancel. I had to research that information myself.

This Instagram online store is taking money and not delivery products, they have no real contact information, And will not accept DMs about orders they send out fake tracking numbers, and never deliver products, I've placed my ordered and paid in full on December 23, 2022 as well as other customers that have not received any products. Please shut them down before they take anymore money from other people, they have been kicked off of Etsy as well.

Then I hear from her Valentines Day and next day she is wanting to go forward with sale but needs $100 for some kind of card to carry dog In car I told her I didn't have more money to return my money please.

Did you ever get your money back? I was scammed by this company as well. For $480.00 to no fault of my own. My boyfriend thought it was a trusted site because he saw his instagram and now I am having a hard time trying to get my money back

This person is trying to imposter a ScamPulse.com corporate saying that she is going to make my money grow, I just have to deposit her $155 and she is going to give me back $10000, I could send more screenshots but I m allowed to send 1 at the time

The company contacts people who are trying to promote their books on social media sites and offers promotional packages starting at $150. After you send them the link to your book and the money for the promotional package you want, they tell you your reviews will be ready in a few weeks. When you try to contact them after a few weeks, they will not respond to your messages. I contacted Venmo, the service I used to pay them and reported that Book Publicity did not provide the service I paid for and were scammers.
