I originally paid $700 to the company for online protection on June 1, 2022. They just contacted me that their servers were frozen and had to reimburse my $700. When they asked for my bank account #, I stopped fast. They would not credit my credit card account, where the original payment came from. Nor would they send me a check. They insisted on going directly to my bank account, where I ended the phone call. The manager got indignant, and I hung up on him.
