Item description "Natural Horseshoe cross" from Ingenousi (website ingenousi.com). Cost $45.35. I lost $45.00 on this. Item sent is plastic. Company will not allow a return of product for full refund. I tried emailing [email protected]. Only offered $4.00 refund.
