I am reporting an unauthorized charge my by Starco Brands Inc. To my American Express gift card on March 14, 2025. I did not authorize this purchase and have never done business with this company. I attempted to contact them multiple times but have received no response. I also contacted American Express, but because this is a gift card, they stated they are unable to dispute the charge. I am requesting assistance in getting refund or at least an acknowledgment from the company. This appears to be a fraudulent transaction, and I am seeking resolutions and action to prevent this from happening to other consumers.
