I ordered 2 pair of supposedly 100% American made headphones (they were made in China) from Inductivv (I was shipped OpenEAR Duet brand) that were supposedly bone conduction headphones where the music is played through your jaw/cheekbones to you inner ear (the speakers point towards your ear opening not into your bones) after 1 day of using/havingthem I charged the headphones and the pair I got for myself would no longer turn on or even charge again when I double checked. It took 3 days and 3 emails to get in contact with them and they only want to give back 75% of what is paid for the wrong, faulty product. I wasn't scammed out of any extra money but the purchase as a whole is basically a scam when 3 of their selling points are fraudulent.

I saw an ad for bone conduction headphones so I started researching them. Inductivv brand popped up on top 5 best so I went to the website and it is covered in red flags. It has a ScamPulse.com Accredited seal at the top of the page, so I searched on ScamPulse.com and it’s not even found.

Product received was not what the website claimed - This website states they are selling "Inductivv" brand bone-conduction headphones, and offer them for a very good price, however it's a drop-shipping, or bait and switch, the item they send is not what they claim. First of all, the headphones are not "Inductivv" brand, but "Open Ear Duet", which on other websites, such as Amazon, in no way claim they are bone-conducting, and are sold at a fraction of what "Inductivv" charges.

After receiving them and trying them out, I found that they are basically very crappy, tiny speakers that sit above/in front of your ears, but can be heard by anyone in the vicinity, but they do look similar to the Shokz bone conducting headsets. I attempted to contact them several times, by email on 5/9/22 and by phone, both remain unanswered.

When I looked up their address, it comes back as belonging to “*** ******,” which is, among other things, a distribution/transportation company. I am more than happy to return them, but with the info that the company at the address they came from is not the same as the supposed company I purchased them from, I’m not completely sure they will reach the right people and that I will get a refund
