Jessica Johnson has called Robert Mark Walker numerson times regarding an old bank account that was overdrawn by $68.00. She screamed at him on the phone and called him a '****'. As his caregiver, I am furious. This man has a severe head injury and "THINKS" he overdraw this account in the 1980's. Jessica has threatened him with a bank draft of $864 on his SSDI but says he owes over $4,500. She says she can only accept a one time payment of $864. She was extremely rude and any account he had with US Bank was prior to his head injury and as stated earlier was approximately $68. This was also from the 1980's and should've been written off long ago.
