Here is the message exchange...they did not use correct punctuation, spelling, grammar, etc.
They asked 'How I was doing" Hope all is well with you?"
"I've been trying to get in touch with you lately!"
When I asked why...
"I got a message from the International Finance Corporation eligible (IFC) have they contacted you?"
I said no...why?
"I was compensated with some funds, They are improving people's standard of living, I got $80,000.00 from them and I thought you got it too since i saw your name and picture tag on there winners list."
I asked if she actually got the funds or is this a scam.
"This is for real, You know i hate scam and hoax, But this is real, I got the money for real, I am planning to buy a new house soon, They came to my home to deliver the cash to me in person, My bank told me the cash is real, I paid off all old bills from the prize..."
I asked how they contacted my friend.
"I taught you have been contacted already? I think you should contact the claiming agent in charge, Do you know how to do that?"
I said no, how do you contact them.
"All you are going to do is to send them a text on their official text number 202-852-5087 right now! as i did during my own process, Tell them you want to claim your (I F C) money and the agent will tell you what to do."
They said to keep them posted on the Facebook IM page and to keep them posted. I did not respond they said
"Have you been able to contact the agent on their text number yet?"
I said not yet...maybe later today.
"Just keep me posted on here."

knew of, not a friend but someone I know through family. She texted me about a home care family grant development program. It would help assist with paying bills, starting your own business, going to school or even help raising their children. She gave me a number to text (702)-744-1241 and what to text IFC. The guys name Attorney Micheal Pedelton contacted back through text message and sent information about the government program. Good afternoon. What I was texted:
This is Attorney Micheal Pedelton from the stable of the federal government grant. This is international finance corporation Grant ,This program was established by the Federal Government with the conjunction of World Bank to helps people in the society to meet up their needs and want. This is Grant not a Loan , Once you qualify for it ,your grant money will get to you.
Reference of this agreement letter is made to the revolving in order to demonstrate compliance with the requirement that grants are awarded to individuals each and every day. Grant programs are not loans, More so You decide how much you need as long as the amount is lawful and you meet up the Foundations and Government Agencies requirements, the money is yours to keep and never to be repaid.Then he asked me to send this information:Full name, mother name, full address, age, sex, marital status, occupation, monthly income, phone number, email, reason for applying and delivery in cash or check. The he proceeded to send me
