The service offered was a marketing course. Prior to purchase, I emailed to ask if the course was applicable to business to business models, and was assured in writing that it was. After I purchased it, I realized that they were not honest because the model does not apply for anything other than a business to consumer model. It would not work for my business and requested a refund of the $700 already paid via email and when I asked for confirmation of the refund, it was not confirmed. The vendor refused to refund my money.
