Once subscribed, there is no way I have found to unsubscribe. There web site has you going in circles,never giving the option to unsubscibe.

I was alarmed and dissatisfied with some of the language used. I contacted support and asked for cancellation and refund (within 24 hours of purchasing a subscription). They refused the refund despite their policies on 30-day money back guarantee stating I didn’t meet the criteria. After a few more exchanges asking them to be specific as to what criteria I did not meet, they stated they were unable relay specifics due to a privacy policy. Yes I read the refund policy several times. The fact I was declined specific information as to why I was denied is certainly cause for suspicion. They sent a follow up email after I gave a review on Trustpilot stating they have been trying to get a hold of me, however that was never the case. I followed up twice more without a response.

This website advertises one price. Never contacts you again after purchases of the virtual product. Then 4 months later with no notice or contact they charged a renewal fee for 30.00 more than the initial charge. When I contacted them the same day to get a refund due to their unethical practices of never contacting customers, but also because of my current medical condition that prevents me from using their product at all they refused. Their customer service was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful.

On January 30th, I paid $46.00 for a subscription. On February 9th, I requested it to be cancelled and refunded due to not being happy with the product. I was initially told that I could get a refund after 4 sessions and within 30 days, then I was told that I could not have a refund at all.

Claim to want to help and provide support, but do not actually do so. I am awaiting my dispute with my credit card company for my refund.

EDIT: Was sent an email from "Joan" on 2/14 saying that she would refund my money once my PP claim was finished. PP claim has been completed since then and there has been absolutely no response from customer service or "Joan". I also don't have my money back.

This company continues to attempt to charge my card for a service I did not sign up for. When I contact them about it (the only avenue is email)- they request my personal information and credit card info. I will NOT provide them additional information. They send daily emails to my email and then keep trying to charge me. I have not requested this. I had to turn my card off. They claim they can't "find my account with email", but continue to email me.

Recommended to try for weight loss. Did not even try it once I enrolled because I got sick. Since then I have tried to cancel and have been put off an entire year. They claim I did not cancel in time, but will not specify what the date was I needed to cancel by or where that information was posted as it was not in the emails I was sent.

Through Instagram, back in October of 2023, I signed up for Hypnozio as it was advertised as a weight loss hypnosis program. The program was for three months at $33 and it auto-renewed, at sign up they offered a discounted workout encouragement program as well for $19.99. As soon as I signed up for both programs I did some online research and found that the reviews were poor and immediately emailed them to cancel and get my refund. I received a response that they could not do that the refund since the audio links were already processed but was told in the email response that the cancelation was processed. In the past three months I was emailed 9 audio link on weight loss but only one on the workout encouragement. This past week I was charged another $33, again I emailed them stating that I had canceled and wanted a refund and was told again that it was too late to receive a refund but that it was canceled in the system and i wouldn't be auto-renewed. I do not believe them as I was given this information before. I am attempting to go through my bank and PayPal to see if I can receive a refund but also wanted to let ScamPulse.com know of this scam.
