Twice, I attempted to order merchandise from this seller. Shipping times are inconsistent with what is stated on their website, communication is inconsistent and unclear, and they never send tracking even when they say they will or did. With each purchase I eventually had to file a claim or dispute to get a refund. They mark it in their system as a canceled order. I wholeheartedly believe they only send out orders to fashion influencers.

I placed the order in August of 2025. I have followed up several times with promises of refunds, new tracking numbers, etc. and still nearly a year later I don't have my purchases.
