The website claims to be used by an actual company known as Hilco Vision. Even the customer service, address, and phone number is for Hilco Vision, however the order, shipping, and payment information goes somewhere other than an actual company. The order was shipped, but not for two months after I had ordered it. The product was used and dirty, and had been packaged in dollar-store bags. The package originated from Fairfield, Ohio, but I don't know what is located there. The primary issue is the website, it is the "mouse trap."
