I purchased a mini split HVAC system from the website. After 8 business days I emailed them because I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. I also attempted to get information from their Shopify chat/bot. I found a phone number on the order and when I called, it said the number was disconnected. I found a different phone number listed on my bank statement and tried to contact through there and received cryptic, misspelled responses. It has been over a month and no refund or goods have been received.
