I ordered clothing items from hurpter.com and never received them. They couldn’t track the items. So when I requested a refund they told me that they couldn’t give me a full refund and then they came back and said that they already paid the shipping company so they couldn’t give me back the shipping fee that I was charged. They haven’t refunded me at all and it’s been over a month.
