Ordered uv resistant flowers "mother's day special" from Facebook. Supposedly shipped from Italy. Sent an update with a tracking system. Shipment progressed until it got to United States. Then it stopped. Has been in Indiana with "shipping partner " for over a month. Checked bbb to see if it was a scam. Others have reported similar experience.

The flowers were artificial but looked real. They were on social media, and the price seemed reasonable. I bought several bundles. On April 8, 2025. I received their confirmation, and immediately got an email from service at ***l, for the exact same items. only it was for 110.72. My credit card is not associated with ***. I have contacted the credit card company, disputed the charge. They have issued me a new card and are investing the company associated with the ***l charges. I have made several attempts to Hugs Garden for either a refund or the items to arrive!!! The sent me several updates regarding shipping and custom crap. The last update was on May 7th and they were in transit, but in Minneapolis!! No where near a port for "customs". The also do not show a time zone for the United States!! rather UTC which is Spain. Even their website claims 100K satisfied Customers. Sounds legit right??? But NO THEY ARE NOT!!!

I found a web site selling plants. I ordered enough grass seed to sew 2000ft² from hugsgarden in chicago. Then i started getting shipping info from Dadeorsett sc co. LTD. When the package arrived via spain via china it was from GEATHERTY FOTTYUS 25 horizon dr. Suwanee GA 30024. Ihave photos of the tiny packages that is clearly marked 1000g. Which is about 3 ¹/² ounces of something that looslike bird seed.

Hugsgarden....Dadeorsett sc co. LTD and Geatherty Fottyus .. i see the better business bureau has multiple (94) complaints or so.. i cantacted paypal and they are siding with these companys because i didnt return the package. Ive gotten no refund and i. Still getting emails from them saying i have more packs coming with a tracking number.
