I ordered a ceiling light fixture and paid with my credit card. Then the company contacted me and told me they were sold out of that fixture. I asked for a refund, but they instead supplied a gift card worth 120% of the sale. I went on the website again and tried to order a different fixture, but there was no place at checkout to use the gift card. I contacted customer service and asked how to use the card. I tried to find a phone number, but there is no phone number on the site. They replied and told me just to go ahead and order the other fixture and then they would refund the entire 120%. I did not do that because it was then obvious, I was being scammed. At least my loss was fairly small. Still, I want others to know that this company is a problem.
