Attempted to contacted "Howard's Locksmith Services". The company pretended to have their own drivers headed over to unlock my house. They charged my credit card, asked for my driver's license information (which I refused to give), and got the house address. They charged my card and never had anyone show up. I learned from a legitimate local locksmith (Bill's Locksmith Service LLC) that this company quotes 12x normal prices and then just send mass job spam email out to local locksmiths. They have a US area code, but every call back to me was routed through 888-406-5750, so I don't know that they actually are a US company. They have also used the number 214-430-3852.
Crux of the fraud: lied about having their own drivers and no-showed the job. They charge 12x market price and send out spam-like email blasts to local locksmiths and ask them to not discuss pricing with customers. I also have the email Bill's Locksmith provided to me with this proof. They ask for personal information like credit card numbers, addresses, and drivers license numbers.
