My husband has been wanting a heated coat, as he works outside. He found "apparently a deal too good to be true" on Facebook.

I went to the website to order said coat, he never received an order confirmation email but they took the money from our account under the name of "Colapachicfashion" on Nov 9, 2023. The coat was eventually delivered; however it was the wrong size and not a heated coat.

I did find an email address to contact on Nov 27, 2023, I can attach email responses, if there is a way.

I was told I would have to pay to ship it back, and an additional $15 to send the correct size/item.

We opted to return and just get a refund. The response was that after shipping we would probably get $8 refunded.
