My mother and I were trying to book flight tickets for us to go see my brother and this flight was the cheapest we could find. Ten minutes after we has booked our tickets, we received a phone call from someone who we assume goes by the name Leo Martin. He told us that "due to airline policy" he would be raising the pricing of our tickets because of a "grouping" booking. He kept referring to it as "airline policy" however, even an airline can't charge extra after the card is initially charged. We looked online for validity that this person is legitimate, but when I looked up the phone number, there was no distinction between a general line and a customer service line, like most other travel sites have. And when I typed in the phone number into the google search bar, an address in Arizona popped up with an image of a small house as it's place of business.
