Letter received in mail listing hospital visit and test saying work comp claim filed. Retired no job. Told balance owed and requesting insurance. MC and AARP told. Asked MC number. I

asked why they didn’t have that

information already. Told because

been sent to employer but no payment received. Person I spoke with name
