Ordered 2 dresses on Nov 10, 2024. On Nov 18th, 2024 the package had not been shipped to me. After complaining, the package was finally shipped and arrived 1 week later. The dresses received were extremely poor quality, not only due to the fabric but also the fit. I requested a return through the website on Nov 25, 2024 and received an automated reply stating they were processing my return and they would soon respond. After multiples e-mail and social attempts to inquire about a return label, they finally responded on Dec 1, 2024. I shipped the dresses back right away via UPS at my own expense so they arrived back at their address within 7 days... they include a paper in your package stating that any dresses received after 7 days of submitting the return request will not get a refund but rather a store credit. Once the returned package was delivered to them on Dec 7th I asked them to please refund my credit card. They responded with they were processing my request. A refund for the amount I paid minus $40 was finally made on Dec 14th and it is still marked as pending on my credit card. When I e-mailed them to inquire about why the $40 were deducted for my refund, even though I had sent the dresses back in time and at my own expenses, they replied with a return policy link, which is not referred to or clearly disclaimed at all during the purchase process. Their "policy" says they deduct $19.99 per item return; meaning each of the 2 dresses - even though they were received and returned in one package - were each charged $20 for being return. This indicates to me this company tries to prey on customers with impossible policies, unresponsiveness and purely quality products to steal money from customers who fall for their expertly curated photos. I would like to get my $40 back and have this business either change their policies, more prominently display their policies during the purchase process or shut down, bc they do not operate with the standards every other trustworthy online fashion business operates within the United States.
