I received an item that was not the quality or size expected. The ad for the item was very different.

They advertised a huge set of artificial ivy plants and take your money. Then they make you wait a good 20 days before you get a small package of fake leaves that look like plastic and are nothing like advertised. When you ask for a refund and where to return the item, no one gets back to you. It is absolutely a scam.
