I googled refrigeration repair and came up with this company, HonoluluApplianceRepairPro.com. I called them and they accepted my service request. Scheduled me an appointment two days later and took my credit card information over the phone. $175 to secure the job. Service technician came two days later named Ray and looked at my refrigerator and said he does not know how to repair it and he would have to send somebody else named Elijah. I called the company back to let them know that Ray had not completed any service. And that I needed to schedule another day to have another technician come. They never returned my call. And haven’t responded to my multiple attempts to reach them by text or phone. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card.
