Online ad for Honeynoir non-transferrable lipstick and liner; buy one set for 29.98 and get a set free. I ordered on 07/19/26. On 7/20/26 my debit card was charged 29.98, 15.99, 12.49 and then for international charges .37, .48 and .90.

On 8/7 I emailed about the overcharges, they auto replied that they would see about it, I emailed again on 8/13 and 8/14 because I read reviews about their scam.

This is the email I sent on 8/13:

This is an overcharge. I ordered one Honey Noir lipstick and liner. I got charged for three of each including the international fees.

The return address on the shipment was

Lincolnwood, IL 60712

There is no business at that building.

Please refund my money soon. I will be writing to the attorney general about this scam.

The product is fake. Zephoco. No mention of Honey Noir on packaging.

Ps: the product does not stand the test.

The website presents as a normal beauty product/cosmetic store, mainly selling lipsticks. The purchasing process all looked/was normal (click on the item, add to cart, fill in credit card information). I received an order confirmation number and email. But then, I never received the order. I contacted the merchant about three weeks later. They proceeded to, a total of 10 times, respond to my emails with the same AI-generated script with a tracking link (which showed the product lost) and a promise to resolve. I tried so many different ways to speak to a human, I even gave a command prompt to the AI not to repeat certain words, but, I still got the exact same copy/paste message reply over and over. There is no phone number or alternate email addresses to reach any human beings. I believe it's an entirely bot-operated website. This fake company needs to be shut down.
