Order from honeybin never shipped after months of waiting

I ordered merchandise from the honeybin website (honeybin.co) in late May. I expected the order to take up to 9 weeks, as they do specify that length of time on their website and social media accounts. After waiting over 9 weeks, I inquired through email about my order. They did not respond to my numerous emails; however, they did respond once, though I was not satisfied with the reply. I received a notification that my order was going to ship on August 7th - there was tracking information available in this status update. Since August 7th, my purchase has been in pre-shipment. They still are not responding to my emails, nor has my item shipped. I am out $50 and am growing increasingly frustrated with their lack of communication. Their website states that it can take up to 72 hours to respond to support emails; however, they haven't responded at all.
