I ordered online back on 9/15. The dress was $60, paid for expedited shipping $28.99. It has been a week, still no tracking number. Every time I email I get the same "your order will ship next week". The number I call, no answer, just a recording. I looked up getting a refund and all it says is that I cannot request a refund until the order is delivered, but there is no order.
